Do you have a BMI greater than 30, and untreated Type-2 Diabetes?

You may qualify if you:

live in MA or IL
have untreated type 2 diabetes
have a current A1C of 7-10.5
have overweight or obesity (BMI ≥27 kg/m2)
18 - 75 years old / any gender

Are you interested in exploring a new weight loss medication and not currently using any weight loss treatments?

You may qualify if you:

live in MA or IL
have overweight or obesity (BMI ≥27 g/m2)
have not used weight loss medication in the last 6 months
18 - 75 years old / any gender

Participants may be eligible for compensation
