We follow up regularly on all referrals through personalized text, email, and phone outreach, ensuring every patient receives a white-glove onboarding experience from first contact to first visit.
We manage metabolic care directly, and when a patient's progress signals a need for care plan changes — such as significant weight loss requiring medication or insulin adjustments — we coordinate closely with you and hand off back to the referring provider, so you remain fully in the loop and in control of your patient's care.
