BEFORE NUTRITION COUNSELING

Start weight management care

Before starting nutrition counseling, you'll first have a weight management visit with one of our clinicians (a doctor, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant who can prescribe medication if it's part of your plan).

This visit helps us understand your health goals. Then, we can build a nutrition care plan that's right for you.

Every product is formulated around a precise macro and micronutrient profile per serving — typically 15–30g of protein, several grams of fiber, and 20–30%+ daily value of essential vitamins and minerals. Our properly formulated products keep you fueled and focused.
