With 25 years of experience in elite sports medicine, I bring Olympic-level healthcare strategies directly to everyday patient care. My background includes serving as a US Olympic Team Physician, Head Team Physician for US Rugby, and Tournament Physician for both the Tokyo and Paris Olympic Games.Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand how small, sustainable changes to nutrition, physical activity, and behavior can lead to extraordinary  outcomes. I firmly believe that everyone deserves access to elite-quality, science-backed care.Today, my mission is to apply these high-performance, evidence-based strategies and treatments to help patients navigating the disease of obesity.
