This work is deeply personal to Tiffany. Her mom struggled with her weight for most of her life, and it wasn't until Tiffanys daughter came along that something shifted in her. She wanted to show up fully by being active, engaged, and present without feeling held back. Two years later, she is down over 80 pounds and absolutely thriving. That journey reminded her that the "why" behind change is everything . Most people don't transform their health through willpower alone, they do it for the moments and people that matter most.
