About Dr. Sakariya

Dr. Sakariya is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine. After more than a decade of practicing in Southern California, she is thrilled to have joined knownwell! She spent a significant portion of her career managing critically ill patients in a hospital setting, and now looks forward to focusing on obesity medicine and metabolic diseases to help her patients avoid serious health complications. With all the options available to patients in the metabolic space, she is especially proud to join knownwell because of its promise to provide ONLY evidence-based care.
