Virtual Care
One of Megan’s favorite sayings is, “Sometimes it’s not what we’re eating, but what’s eating us.” She believes that while nutrition is incredibly important, there are often deeper barriers such as stress, mindset, or life circumstances that can stand in the way of reaching our health goals. Her approach is rooted in partnership, working together to identify those challenges and create a realistic, sustainable plan that helps you feel your best.
Megan began her career at the Bariatric Surgery and Medical Weight Loss Clinic at Danbury Hospital, where she discovered her passion for one-on-one counseling. She later moved to Boston to join the MGH Weight Center as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, specializing in metabolic health.
Now at knownwell, Megan is dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. Through shared decision-making, she partners with individuals to overcome barriers, build sustainable habits, and become the healthiest version of themselves.
