About Isabella  

Isabella began her career at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Massachusetts, where she completed her dietetic internship and later worked as a clinical dietitian providing medical nutrition therapy across a variety of inpatient units. Her passion for long-term behavior change and chronic disease management led her to the MGH Weight Center, where she specialized in metabolic health as part of a multidisciplinary team. Now at knownwell, she's a Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management (CSOWM), and she's committed to providing inclusive, compassionate care in both English and Spanish to help patients make sustainable, personalized changes through a supportive, collaborative approach.
