She has been a practicing dietitian for 15 years in both hospital and outpatient clinical settings, with experience in pediatrics and medical weight management. Courtney enjoys providing individualized nutrition counseling, group nutrition education classes and reaching broader audiences through my nutrition writing. knowledge is power - knowing "the why" of nutrition can help build a solid foundation of positive change and she enjoys helping clients to build their base.
