Here at knownwell, we believe in the importance of movement for wellness. But we also know how hard it is to start a movement program, not to mention how hard it is to find fitness programs that are free of judgement and shame.

After hearing from countless patients who have asked for help in finding a weight-inclusive movement program, we teamed up with the Training Lab to create fitness programs that are designed with the same comprehensive and empathetic standards that knownwell follows in everything we do.

Both programs are designed to be accessible from the comfort of your home and are great for both beginners and more advanced enthusiasts.  

Knownwell x Training Lab Program

Program Mission: Comprehensive, empathetic coaching – at any size.

This is an online, weight-inclusive workout program. The program consists of 3 beginner level workouts each week with minimal equipment so you will be able to do it at home. Little to no previous lifting experience is required for this program.

Fit Like Fitch Program

Program Mission: Brings the fitness routine of our very own Dr. Fitch directly to your home.

This is also an online, weight-inclusive workout program. The program consists of 3 intermediate level workouts each week. The workouts are based off of Dr. Fitch's workouts with her trainer, Nicole! We have designed this program so that it can be done at home with minimal equipment. We have modifications and alternative exercises built into the program but can always work with you through the community chat to help modify as you need.
