Alyson has 19 years of experience. She started her career in breast reconstruction surgery and has spent the last 10 years working in primary care, psychiatry, and obesity medicine. She takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach to weight loss, partnering closely with patients to develop sustainable, personalized plans that support both physical and emotional health. She is especially passionate about empowering individuals on their journey to better health.
